General Eligibility Criteria

• Between the ages of 17 – 36
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Achieve minimum score on ASVAB
• Meet medical, physical, moral requirements

Soldier has undocumented parent,
spouse or children

Noncitizen spouses, parents, and unmarried minor children of U.S. citizen members of the U.S. military (current or past) who are in the U.S. after an unlawful entry may have a pathway to a “Green Card” residency status that is not available to others.

Undocumented Family Member Will Receive:

  • Free Consultations with Immigration Attorneys
  • Ability to adjust status while in the US
  • Protection from deportation
  • Receive social security number, work authorization, and drivers license
